halstrup-walcher simplifies product selection with a online configurator. Select the right product, configure it, and request a quote directly: With a new online configurator, halstrup-walcher now provides customers with a digital tool that significantly simplifies and speeds up product selection. Through the company’s website, intelligent direct drives, pressure transmitters, and pressure calibration devices can now be configured quickly, intuitively, and around the clock.
The configurator guides users step by step through the selection process and helps them put together the right solution for their application from the available options. Technical dependencies and possible combinations are automatically taken into account, which helps prevent misconfigurations and reduces project planning time. The product display updates in real time to reflect the selected configuration. Users can immediately see how their selections affect the specific product design. If users already know the requirements of their application, they can configure the desired product design in about two minutes and submit a request directly.
“Our goal was to make the path from customer requirements to the right product solution as simple as possible, despite having more than 200,000 possible product configurations in drive technology and over 20,000 in measurement technology, along with additional custom measuring ranges,” says Christian Sura, Managing Director and Head of Sales. “The new configurator helps customers find a technically suitable solution more quickly and provides all relevant information at a glance.”
Once the configuration is complete, the technical drawing of the selected model is immediately available for download. This provides users with all relevant dimensions early on, allowing them to check right away whether the configured solution can be optimally integrated into their system. The drawing is supplemented by the specific product data for the selected variant. This saves time, reduces the effort involved in product selection, and ensures maximum transparency early in the project phase.
